“I purchased a dog bed that was to be have a "donut" style bed for our little puppies. One that will cuddle around them and they can sink down into it. It didn't come as expected at all. It was not round as shown in the picture - it was oval. It was so solid it was nothing more than a regular dog bed - which I believe it was. I sent it back. The original cost was $62.10, including shipping. Once returned they only credited me $36.80 as I now have to pay for shipping both ways. As it was not as expected I don't feel I should have been charged shipping both ways. I also believe when I called to get shipping label, I should have been told this. Have no intentions to ever shop with them again.”
