The only reason it's 4 stars instead of 5 is I ordered a Chicago Bears universal buddy 2.0 and it came in gray with the Bears logo when the website showed a pic of the Bears blue and orange. Why would you put a Bears logo on a gray color when that is not even a color of them? Other than that, you can't beat the product.”

“Product is great and customer service is on top of things. The only reason I didn't give it a 5* rating is because lids were included with my original order and neither "buddy" came with their lid. Customer service responded to my email quickly but it did take an additional 10 days to get the lids.”
