“I love the products and am working on getting water bottles for all the kids and universal buddy (my favorite product!) for all the adults in my family. However, I was very disappointed when the universal buddy drinking lid with straw that was added to my cart as a free item, was not on the email info when I was notified the order shipped. I emailed and was told the black was out of stock and I didn't choose a different color so that item was canceled from my order. There was no message telling me black was out of stock and had to choose a different color. I realize the item was free but I must have met the requirement to qualify for the free item. I did receive the cover and straw the day after the rest of my order arrived but seems like there would be a way to tell customers when something is out of stock.”
