“Love the cups. I carry it everywhere. But I am rather disappointed that certain colors do not come with the lid for the universal buddy. And it was not advertised well since it showed the lid in the pic. So every cup I purchased had a lid but one so that makes no sense.”
“I absolutely love the product but ; I find it hard to understand why I would pay the same price for two different to go buddies and one comes with the dipping lid and the other one does not. Since they were gifts I had no choice but to buy the lid separately, which means I paid $10 more for one of the mugs.”
“I first bought the Universal Buddy. Which is a really great product. But didn’t hold my Modelo bottles. I was able to get the limited edition Chubby Buddy Mexico! I really like it. Then I saw the Universal Buddy XL. Someone showed that it will also hold the Modelo bottles. Wish I knew that before my other purchases.
The only critique I have this far, is that there be more color options.

“Love it, does exactly as advertised! I'm addicted to Dr Pepper and I got the To-Go version. This has already saved me probably ten bucks this past week as instead of buying three dollar 20oz bottles, I but dollar fifty 32oz drinks and they last longer! As an added bonus, I got the classic 90s design and everyone keeps asking me where I got it!”
“This will be my third Frost Buddy bought (second purchase) and I’m a bit disappointed that the item no longer includes the lid, which you now have to purchase separately. No wonder the price was lower than the original, and although it was mentioned in the item description (I missed it) I was a bit put down when I saw the tumblers and it didn’t have the lids. 🫤 The tumblers themselves are quite convenient and snappy and unique gift items, but the no-lid situation though soured my experience a bit.”
“I am happy with your product; however, I ordered a universal lid with straw. The straw was stanless still with a rubber top; but what showed up was a plastic straw. I really wanted the other one.”

“Products are great, good quality, the sports bottle keeps ice cold for a very long time. 3 of the ones I bought came wrapped in bubble wrap without a tag on it, it would have been nice to have them all come in boxes since they were being handed out as gifts”
“The item photo showed wording wrote across the top, but when I received the product it was plain. Doesn't effect the product but it was a gift for someone and we got it because of the writing that was supposed to be on the cup.”
“I love the Frost Buddy. I think this is my 3rd. I have 2 Universal Buddy’s and this is my first to go Buddy. I have turned several friends and family members on to these as well. I only wish that the To-Go Buddy didn’t have so many pieces. 3 is not a lot but when I have a large drink I need to find a place to store the other 2 pieces. It is great otherwise. Keeps drinks cold and ice does not melt.”
“Order twice now. Order came and is exactly what it should be. However on both orders the estimated time for shipping was over a week off. The tracking on the packages is not accurate and they came very late. please order with enough time if for a present”
“The frost buddy itself is made extremely well and performs just as advertised, if you order however you will get spammed immediately with marketing emails from frost buddy multiple times a day until you unsubscribe, no option if you want to receive them or not when placing the order”
