Great quality mats. Two were damaged in the truck on the way but happily replaced with no hassles.

Do not buy the one with a he decal. I paid extra for this one only to have the paint flaking off down the crease marks. Hundreds of small paint particles coming off from the creases onto the users skin and clothes. I first noticed this issue to be only minor in the first month. But it gradually got worse to a point where I would have to stop rolling with my kids to sweep up the paint partials and dust it off my kids clothes and skin. I raised this issue with Fuji Mats regarding a warranty claim. I was told many times that I would be called back by someone but was not. I then got an email of Pat Rottura who works for Fuji Mats and provided him with evidence in multiple photos. Months went by and I stopped being replied to. I then began phoning Pat Rottura for updates on my claim. I would be told that he would get back to me where I would wait weeks before calling him again only to be told the same thing again. He has refused to put me through to someone that will assist me and I believe he is reluctant and avoidant to assist me. I am still waiting for a call back, I have done everything I can to claim warranty in a reasonable and respectful way but I would be kidding myself if I thought I wasn’t being ignored in the hope that I just forget about it. This mat cost me about $900 which I got to teach my children ju-jitsu and thought it would be a great experience for us. Only to have to stop every 5 mins to sweep the paint flakes off and lately I we don’t want to use it anymore due to this issue. This has been a terrible experience and the customer service has ignored this issue. I hope my review prevents someone else from going down this path. I remain open to resolving this issue with Fuji mats but as it has been about 4 months since I raised the warranty claim I am not confident it will be taken seriously. I am a father that just wants to teach my kids and enjoy our time together without having paint to everywhere. I would also like to be treated with respect and replied to. Andrew H

Customer service from Fuji was initially excellent, but 8 brand new 'white' mats arrived filthy, stained and scuffed. Initially placed an order for 8 mats, unfortunatley only 6 were in stock so we received those + 2 demo models + a fuji mop which was great. But the condition they arrived in was disgusting, my partner and I had to scrub them for over 2 hours but they're still not white. Tried to follow up via email 3-4 times but haven't heard back since the end of October. The mats themselves are solid, nice and heavy with good grip. Customer service was excellent to deal with but unfortunately haven't heard back in about 6 weeks

We understand that our customer service initially was excellent, however, we apologise that the 8 brand new white mats you received arrived dusty and dirty and that you had to spend a considerable amount of time cleaning them. We acknowledge how this has affected your experience and we want to make it right. We are looking into this situation as we believe that the dust and dirt marks may have come from the truck travelling during the 1,800 km journey on highways and other roads along the way. The static dust and dirt may have been attracted to the mats which caused them to show up arriving the way they did. The mats themselves do not come individually wrapped but are wrapped all together on the pallet. We will look into this and see how we can ensure a better outcome in future deliveries and avoid this happening to other clients. Thank you.

The crash mat is great. I had some issues with being able to contact fuji regarding delivery however those were addressed and I'm sure will result in may happy customers with great products.
