I don't even know what to say. Do the owners even read the reviews I don't think so. Well I ordered a Bentley and they gave us a audi. When I email Garry said he would speak to the suppliers and get back to me ASAP. Guess what it's been a week no reply to anything. I've been sending emails after emails no sign of my refund. The Audi TT is is £129.95 and I paid £184.95 for the Bentley. If you guys can't give me the Bentley then take your Audi TT back and give me a refund.

Thanks for your review, unfortunately Create Leisure who owned and managed Fun4Kids.co.uk went into liquidation in August which meant some customer were let down, for this the Create Leisure management team are sincerely sorry, the impact has been felt by all Luckily a new company, Dragon Toys Ltd have bought the rights and taken over the Fun4Kids brand and relaunched the website which is now live and can be found at www.fun4kids.com and it is now under new management The new owners are committed to providing a first class product and service that people had come to expect Thank you for choosing Fun4Kids and we look forward to being of service to you The Management team at Fun4kids.com

Where do I start, the car we ordered for Xmas came straight away but when we went to build it was all scratched and in poor condition, we contacted Garry who offered a partial refund which we accepted due to the fact it was our daughters xmas present, now 6 months down the line the battery is faulty and instead of getting hrs of fun out of it the most we are getting is 1 hr, so now we are beginning to wonder whether we have received a new car in the first place, as this shouldn’t happen especially when she has only been out in it a few times due to bad weather conditions. Now not getting anywhere with the company owners as not replying to emails or phones calls which is absolutely appalling.

On the 4th of July I ordered a Rebo 12ft trampoline with Halo II surround. It was delivered two days later on Friday. I took the old trampoline down and disposed of it ready for the new one. On delivery all the boxes were in good condition and I opened them up to find the instructions. I laid the pieces out and began to assemble. A few minutes in I discovered one of the pieces was incorrect and I assume for a smaller sized trampoline. First point of call was obviously fun for kids but I also emailed Rebo directly. There isn't a helpline number for either but I did hear back from fun4kids within half hour. They asked for photos and details of the incorrect part which I supplied. Being honest I was furious as my 9 year old daughter had been looking forward to her new trampoline and had a few friends coming for a sleep over. They're all big trampoline fans so this was to be a lovely evening. Needless to say after some angry emails I was told the replacement part would be urgently shipped to me. It is now 4 days later and the contact at fun4kids still can't tell me how it was shipped when it will arrive. An to top it off I've received an email for a review. So here is my review, no it's not their fault the part was incorrect as this would have been done by Rebo. I just find it terrible that I was made to feel the advisor was doing me a favour ordering the correct part and had no sympathy about the situation at all. I paid almost £300 for something I still can't use and have been offered no kind of good will gesture. Personally I dont know many retailers that communicate so poorly. An considering their company is called fun4kids I find this is more of a marketing name than a motto. As I say still waiting and furious about the whole situation. Don't get me wrong if your item is all correct they're good value for money but if you have any problems best get comfortable as you will have a long wait.

Absolutely furious. I suggest you use another courier other than TNT. I placed an order for next day delivery and paid 7.95 delivery for the privilege when purchasing my daughters Main birthday gift so it would arrive on Friday in preparation for her Birthday on Sunday. TNT lost the package (I don’t know how as it’s a children’s ride on electric car) and then eventually found it on another wagon going to a completely different depot. The gift now won’t arrive with us until Monday after my daughters birthday. Absolutely furious and would not recommend using either of these companies. No ability to speak to anyone at the company other than a contact form online and TNT didn’t care a less that they had lost a 4ft x 4ft large cardboard box. I wish I could give it zero stars but had to choose 1 unfortunately. Stay Clear

It states that suitable for up to 96 months, absolute rubbish, my 5 yr old did not fit in and he’s normal size. When i tried to return item i was told has to be completely dis-assembled in original box, that was impossible as it was snap fit and not nuts and bolts in the whole. Astonishingly i approach amazon to take it further and was told ‘this is a marketplace trader so there is nothing we can do’????? do not ever buy from marketplace as whatever is sold basically amazon have no control over. Very strange when i’m buying from Amazon. co.uk. Stay away from this toy, mis sold and impossible to return. And Amazon that is a complete shock! Do Not Shop Here

I brought the rocket country ride on tractor for my son at Christmas not been used much and is broke already. Poor communication never answer the phone or answer their emails. Waste of money. Very disappointed. Won't be buying from them again

The quad worked for 1 day then nothing. Spent £200. I have emailed the company several times but have not received a response. DO NOT BUY from this company

Communication started off ok when I questioned the delivery of our spyder ride on. It’s being sold as a licensed product - this is very very doubtful. Only the car has Audi markings on it. The instructions are in terrible translated English and do not make sense. The stickers on the door peel off after a day. Within a day the sound on the car stopped working. Since then I’ve been contacting on a daily basis and getting either no reply or very poor replies- not answering my questions. I’ve askes for a full refund because I am so unhappy with the faulty car and the poor customer service. This hasn’t been acknowledged and I’ve been told to return the car I must pay! The phone is also never answered so you can’t communicate other than email. I will be reporting to PayPal and to trading standards. Save yourself hassle and don’t buy from this site

2 day delivery quoted, still waiting 1 week later. No answer to multiple phone calls. One email response stating delivery should be here today, not arrived. Use a company called outdoor toys, much better service, similar product ordered and delivered within 2 days.

Ive been trying to contact this company for the past week, not answering emails or picking up the phone. I need to speak to them about a faulty bike but having no luck! We've even called their accountancy firm in the hope a message could reach them, so far to no avail.

It's disgusting that you sell products and don't warranty the major part that makes the thing go. I would advise anybody considering to buy off fun4kids to go anywhere else. Buy from fun4kids and you'll be buying a new battery within 6 months, avoid them at all costs

We purchased the Range Rover ride-on which broke down after 3/4 short goes. We contacted fun4kids and were sent various parts to try and fix it but it is still broken and we have been ignored when we asked for a refund or replacement despite it being under warranty. Trying one last email to resolve before taking legal action against the company. I wouldn't recommend anyone buy from them as you risk being ripped off and you child being highly disappointed. There seems to be only email means of contacting them so beware.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT DISAPPOINTED CHILDREN!!! Ordered a motorbike for my sons 5th birthday, built it and sound worked once, before my 5 year old had even seen it. Company sent a second one free of charge and it was smashed in the box, had to salvage parts from both to make up a working bike.. 2 days later the sound broke on that one too. The bikes stickers were shoddy and the materials are cheap. The company offered full refund on return of both bikes.. who has the time or energy to dismantle yet another bike and box it up again then drag them to a couriers office?! Offered a £20 refund which was upped to £30 when questioned.. on a £150 bike and still have a disappointed child.. absolute joke!! Oh and dont try to call their 'helpline' as they do not answer it and have said in emails they only offer help via email but still advertise that they can be reached via phone.. absolutely useless company save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. My son brought a bike from this company with his own money, when it arrived it was damaged. I also ordered an extra battery, which NEVER arrived. I have emailed the company on a number of occasions and they haven't had the decency to email me back. I tried contacting them through facebook (again on a number of occasions) and they have now blocked me so I cant contact them. My son now has a bike that he cant use and is over £500 out of pocket. How can they do this to a child? Its absolutely disgusting. I will be taking this matter further. From looking at the reviews, this company has done the same thing to other people. How can a company keep doing this to people? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ..... ABSOLUTE JOKE.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company .I bought a car for my children for Christmas and it was faulty when I got it ..I contacted the company and they told me to take it to someone local to fix it and they would pay when I explained I had no one to take it to he just stopped replying to my messages and never got back to me ..the after service is awful for the price of the products I was left with a very disappointed little girls and a car that didn't work for over 500 euro ..
