“I purchased e300 razor as a Christmas gift, there was rust on the side stand and the footplate cover was not fixed in place correctly. I reported this matter via Fun 4 kids contact link on their website but was completely ignored. Disappointing lack of service. !!”

“Ordered a Range Rover twin seat ride in car for Christmas for grandson. Very happy when it arrived well packaged. It is huge and goes very well but the electrics are faulty and the lights flicker and mp3 player doesnt work. Contacted Fun4Kids who offered full refund if |I could package it up and return it which is impossible due to its size. The cost of returning was over £150 by carrier. Post Office say it is too big for them. Cannot take it away from my Grandson to return it anyway it would break his heart. Fun4kids say they are contacting Chinese manufacturer for circuit diagram but nothing is forthcoming so I cannot even get it fixed myself. They obviously import items direct to customer so have no control over the quality or standard of the items they supply. Be prepared for disappointment.”

“Ordered 12 ft repo trampoline, enclosure, ladder, rain cover and skirt!. Had order confirmation email but nothing else until a couple of days when there was a knock at the door from a very helpful, friendly delivery driver, yay ....... My trampoline was put up in no time by mostly one person with no problems until later than evening when after much bouncing we couldn't manage to put on the cover ! My children love it and I'm empresses by delivery and quality, this will be our third trampoline by different companies and I'm sure this looks the best for quality and design except for putting the cover on !”

“Dont buy these plates, they are awful.. Didnt fit the car even though they ask what model the car is so they fit... It was just a piece of paper laminated which i could have done myself.. I couldnt stick them on as there was nothing to stick it on with and after a few hours it all came apart and i had a piece of paper in my hand.. I emailed the company to tell them i was nt happy and iv been completely ignored so yeah i wouldnt bother wasting my money as i had a awful experience”

“I ordered a razor mod over a week ago and it stated that it would be here within 2 days of ordering my product and still has not arrived I've tried to contact fun4kids but all there contact numbers are invalid I've emailed fun4kids to find out when my product will be here and have not had a reply. This item is a present for my daughters birthday and I'm very unhappy with the fact that I've paid £280 for a item in which has not been delivered or had any feed back to state when my item will be here. I will not be buying from this website again and will also be telling people to stay clear. Very disappointing!!”

“I ordered a scooter for my daughters birthday on 13/1/16, I ordered with the option to pay extra to have it delivered on 12/1/16, it is now 14th, still no scooter, their landline is dead, I emailed them on the evening of the 12th and was assured it would be with us on 13th, my daughter and myself are so upset that she didn't have a present to open on her birthday, my daughter is autistic so no amount of explaining to her is going to make her understand,fun4kids were quick enough to take the money out of my account straight away. I won't be recommending them to anyone”

“My daughter was delighted with her scooter, it was a little tricky to put together but we managed. Very robust and goes at some speed. Excellent Christmas choice. Oh and it arrived the day after ordered.”

Louise Harrison-Clarke to Sales 27 Dec 2015Details To whom it may concern, Thank you for the prompt service of sending through the dirt racer to us. Unfortunately on putting it together Christmas Day way found some faults in the front end of the car. With bits either moulded incorrectly or snapped off - please see pictures attached: I believe the grill could be super glued on, but that may not be a good idea should we need to take it apart for some reason. Is there any chance we could have a replacement part sent out? Also I have to say the stickers are badly placed and many have bubbles under them as well dent/ stress marks on the plastic red parts. “Had a couple issues with an electric scooter we ordered, but both issues were resolved extremely quickly with a new seat bar and bolt for the front wheel being sent within a couple of days of getting in touch. Great customer support.”
