“The car I bought didn't come with the correct parts needed to build it - no contact number to call to request the parts. Emailed got a reply to say they were in the mail - came and I am still missing parts !”

“Communication was awful, not told when delivery would be due. When trying to contact fun4kids I did not receive a reply. Unable to comment on the product I purchased as not yet opened. Ordered for a 2nd birthday present and it arrived late. Out of delivery time frame!!”

“Great car. My grandson loves it. Instructions not very clear and when delivered a part wAs missing but one email to fun4 kids and the part came in the post within 2 days. Great.”

“The car is just as advertised except when my husband put it all together everything worked fine . When we gave it to our grandson the next day he tried it out but the lights wouldn't work ! We re charged it and my husband took it apart to check connections to batterie etc but the lights still don't work ???? I am now going to get in touch with the sellers so I will let you all know how I get on ????????”

“The order process was easy and the goods arrived in good condition. Unfortunately, I never received a delivery notification, but only a delivery reminder text that arrived when I was out. I rushed back home to find the driver had simply unloaded the swing set onto my front drive!”

Hi - the keys should be with the car, if not please contact us via the link on our website. The plates are made to order and will follow in the post shortly, the car is officially licensed from Mercedes but does not come with a certificate? Thanks for choosing Fun4Kids

“Arrived 2 days after order. I ordered a 21 foot bounced castle. While quite heavy to move, once inflated its very easy to do so. It inflated very quickly and the quality is as good any commercial ones I have hired. Kids love it and it's so easy to get out and up. Putting away is less easy as it takes two People and I've not yet managed to get it back in its bag which could have done with being bigger. Regardless, a great buy.”
