“very good for the price but the weather cover isnt worth the money and is virtually useless the trampoline specs need adjusting ie for the depth its was all wrong i dug to the required level and wasnt deep enuff as i found out once i had put together and let the children on it it need to be adujsted but other then that it easily assembled and look great once done my daughter never wants to come off it”

“Appalling customer service, after placing an order on 17.04.16 of a crazy cart for my sons 8th Birthday, I received an email on 20.04.16 to say the cart wouldn't be arriving until 30.04.16. Why it is taking so long I do not know, I will not be ordering from fun4kids again. I'm sure I would never have experienced this service from any other retailers .”

Hi Kelly I am sorry there was a delay on your order, due to high demand at this very low price our supplier notified us very late of a slight delay on delivery of this item, as soon as we were aware we notified you and gave an opportunity to cancel if the later delivery was not acceptable Thanks for choosing Fun4Kids

“Bought rocket rampage quad 18 months ago but charger fell apart after 3 months and nobody in the house told me, I just wondered why kids weren't using the £500 quad! Tried to get in touch with fun4kids to check I was ordering the right thing but no phone number. Email enquiry was answered with just a link to fun4kids website, no real help given. On balance, once I decided to just risk it and order the thing I thought I needed, it arrived the very next day. Very speedy delivery and free too!! Just wish their communication/customer service was a bit better”

“This is a very well made product and seems strong. Delivery was very quick and item was well packed Only thing I would say is that it is advertised on the site to be suitable for 3 to 10 years yet the box says 3 to 8 years. I was disappointed by this because my eldest grandson is 8 now.”

“My order for a ride on electric motorbike was placed on Monday and the item was received by lunchtime the following day, standard delivery service, no charge for delivery. The same item was available from other websites but always at a higher price and in some cases with a charge made for delivery. Fun4Kids provides both excellent service and value. PS from Lincolnshire.”

“Over the moon with battery operated bike looks so real.I wish I was a kid again so I could have one .Delivery was spot on ordered late Sunday night had it by Tuesday and it was free .Spot one will definitely use shopping site again”

“Play equipment arrived one week early. Not on specified date. Can't complain getting it earlier than expected just lucky I was in. Some of the wood in one of the packages was damaged but hopefully shouldn't impact on end result. Wasn't worth trying to send it back.”

“Recieved our sons car very quickly and was an official ford ride on car which was top quality. Ive taken my kids out in it and there were many cars waving and beeping at them.Its a real head turner”
