“We're in the midst of building our Plum Pyramid Climbing frame. So here's hoping we have all the bits and bobs. Fun4Kids website and service very good, efficient and with their supply chain partners very quick to deliver the product I ordered. They kept me posted when I was to expect my delivery. Will definitely consider buying from Fun4Kids again. Thank you.”

“I have had excellent service from this company. I had problems of my own causing, ordering 2instead of one toy cars (double click!! Silly me!!). Also having to return another as it was to small. I had a man called Garry help me acceptionaly efficiently. With quick service every time.”

“Ordered a trampoline b4 3pm on a Thursday for next day delivery paying an extra £5 - didn't turn up till late Monday afternoon ! When building it up I noticed there wasn't the ladder which we had to order as extra for £19.99 ! When asked about its whereabouts I got told that unfortunately they were out of stock and didn't have a date to get any more !! Only communication is through email (as none of the contact telephone numbers work ) although u did get a response it was slow and I didn't feel like a valued customer!!”

“Ordered a Plum 12 foot trampoline. Very competitive price. The processing and delivery was all very efficient and quick. There was a problem with a component which needed replacing before I could build it. Fun4Kids did respond quickly to my email but directed me to Plum to sort the problem out myself. Plum did send the part within 3 days and the trampoline is now built, and highly recommended.”
