“Product great but communication awful. Kids love the car but worst company I've ever dealt with. Promised next day delivery but had to wait 2 days. Phone was never answered. Will not recommend using this company.”

“Recently ordered a ride-on electric motorcycle that is faulty.. after many emails explaining the issue a recall on the wrong part has been requested even though the problem is not with the charger it's a electrical within the bike”

“Got a pink jeep built as instructed charged for 18 hours as instructed and when my daughter used it it lasted 20 minutes max. Disappointed as all the other reviews were good”

“The item was just sent in the product box which had what was inside splattered all over it, it was seen by the child who's gift it was-one Christmas ruined as now he doesn't believe in santa and I am devastated for him. Why was this not packaged in a plain box especially at this time of year? Now he not only does not believe in santa but also knows what his main present is, where is the fun and excitement in that?”

“Appalling customer service, after placing an order on 17.04.16 of a crazy cart for my sons 8th Birthday, I received an email on 20.04.16 to say the cart wouldn't be arriving until 30.04.16. Why it is taking so long I do not know, I will not be ordering from fun4kids again. I'm sure I would never have experienced this service from any other retailers .”

Hi Kelly I am sorry there was a delay on your order, due to high demand at this very low price our supplier notified us very late of a slight delay on delivery of this item, as soon as we were aware we notified you and gave an opportunity to cancel if the later delivery was not acceptable Thanks for choosing Fun4Kids
