“I order a kids trampoline to be delivered to Greece. Although shipping costs were hight however it arrived in my home in a week in excellent condition so it was worth it. I would certainly order again”

“Ordered one day, delivered the next. Very good service. Scooter still in box, Christmas present, so cannot comment on quality etc, but expect it to be as stated. Excellent service.”

“Ride on ordered twice by mistake. Postcode I was given to return to nit correct. Have asked 3 times how I will be refunded and still no reply Phone number out or order Not happy Dont know if motorbike works yet so can't comment on product yet”

“Well I can't comment on the quality of the actual product as its a Christmas present but the service received was outstanding. Would def use again and recommend to anyone. (Price was cheapest online too)”

“After some thorough "product safety testing" I can confirm that this is an excellent toy for boys of all ages. My only gripe would be they haven't made an adult sized model!”

“Bikes arrived quickly however the no hassle returns isn't exactly 'no hassle'!! I had to send one back and re order, thinking i could just send it back with courier who was delivering replacement wasn't an option, you have to find a courier pay a ridiculous amount and then drop it off at a local collection point...customer service are friendly enough though. And then when I was finally ready to assemble the bike I find the instructions for assembly on the Rocket Cruiser Deluxe Ride On 12v Electric Motorbike - Pink were shocking. Many different sized screws but it doesn't say what to put where, diagrams aren't very accurate and when securing the handle bars to the main frame you require bolts...It doesn't tell you that though and you need to then undo everything you have started...impressive when built though!”

“Placed on order on the Friday for Lamborghini for my son. Delivery turns up Monday and received a Mercedes. Contacted them Monday to say the wrong item was delivered. Informed me a collection will be arranged. Friday night now and still no contact. Don't use this site”

“Do not buy from this company, the advertising is totally misleading. On their website I watched a video of children using electric scooters, their ages looked to be from about 6 to 10, so I ordered one for my (tall) 8 year old grand daughter. When it arrived the litriture with it says recommended for 14 years old and upwards and the "thing weighs a Ton". The front bar is too tall and can not be adjusted, so now I'm stuck with something unusable.”
