“Terrible service - I am still waiting for the goods I ordered at the beginning of April to arrive. They have taken my money but I have nothing to show for it. I was told on two separate occasions the order had been dispatched (so clearly the first of these was a lie), then a generic email saying they were experiencing delays & it would be sent soon - that was three weeks ago & still no sign of it. I have repeatedly asked for a refund but they will not answer that point & have now stopped responding to any emails. Absolutely dreadful & dishonest service - one star is too generous.”
“AVOID THIS COMPANY. Order placed nearly two months ago still not delivered, but they took the money from my account straight away. Dismal customer service - generic replies sent to my emails stating twice item has been sent, then most recently that they are experiencing delays & it will be sent soon - so clear evidence first two responses were lies. I've repeatedly asked for a refund but no response received. No sign of goods or refund - an appalling, deceitful, rip-off company that should be shut down - look at the reviews on trust pilot, majority of which are of similar experiences.”
