“Could easily have been 'very good', ordering was easy, delivery as promised with phone updates on the day, BUT after the items had been delivered I noticed that the delivery ticket was ticked for 'unpacking and removal of cardboard packaging' which was NOT carried out or even mentioned. Shame really because it could so easily have been 'very good'.”

“My black bamboos arrived on time but I noticed their leaves were a bit 'rusty'. I planted them correctly and maintained them but two weeks later they failed to pick up. I contacted Best 4 Hedging and attached some photos of the plants which looked to me as if they were dying. I received a reply saying that the plants should be fine and would start growing now as we're just entering the growing season of the bamboos. Two weeks later, I would say the plants are nearly dead, I spent £164 on these 4 plants I'm very disappointed and hope that Best 4 Hedging will either replace the plants for healthy ones or refund my money.”

“We are delighted with our chest of drawers purchased from furniture 4 your home. Customer service was excellent. We wanted to be able to paint some existing furniture to match the new piece and the company told us the paint type and colour they would use. It has all worked out so well. We would certainly recommend them as a customer friendly company.”

“i bought a cream chest of drawers and love it! my kitchen cupboards are painted in green and cream and furniture 4 your home were able to paint my chest in exactly the same farrow and ball cream. the cupboard is lovely and really enhances my kitchen and is much admired. i have other items from this company and they are all excellent quality. i will be buying from them again.”

“I am awaiting an answer from an email already sent to you .l would appreciate a reply before writing a reviewing I am still waiting for a reply to my emails . Your phone is out of order. My family want me to reject the dresser completely and get my money back. To day is 26th and my request has been in hand since 17th. I think I have been patient enough and if I don't hear from you tomor row I shall be asking for my money back.”

“This is a lovely piece of furniture and I contacted the company asking if they could change the paint type and they were incredible helpful and were able to. It did smell very strongly of paint for about 3 weeks after and we were unable to use it until the smell had gone as it was a larder for storing food. There were also a few small paint chips inside the drawer rims and cupboard but I'm sure had I contacted them again it they would have suggested a fix. I didn't bother as it was internal. Overall I would most definitely recommend Furniture For Your Home LTD”
