The store in Ruislip has a good selection of furniture and we purchased some dining room items but delivery cost is pretty steep so keep that in mind, otherwise, good choice of furniture in general.

You don't find this very often with delivery drivers thus the reason i felt i should review these guys.

Ordered corner sofa in August, told it would be delivered before Christmas but there was a slight delay and it was delivered on the 30th. Have to say our whole experience of Furniture Village has been great, from the staff in store to the delivery guys who were brilliant! Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Ordered Bedroom furniture beginning of Feb, when placing order and paying for goods in Full were told delivery would be 5 weeks , then sent invoice stating 6-8wks ,after 9 weeks got a msg that the wrong colour had been sent and they re-ordered ( without checking with me first).

We ordered a sofa and two chairs in May on line and were informed delivery would be around 14th of June.

Brought a 3 seated sofa and 1 chair we was told the waiting time for delivery would be around 3 months. Staff very friendly not pushy and sofa plus chair was delivery on time. No issues. Sofa is lovely and comfortable. Strange to see so many negative comments, however I guess most people are only willing to write negative experiences rather than any positive experiences.

He took the photograph and SMS me and to me, it was very easily repairable, nothing major and very honest about delivery problem and advised me it’s better for us to hire a van which I did and a good friend agreed to drive me there and back.
