Appalling customer service! Purchased a £650 mattress only for it to develop what I can only call trenches on both sides, so bad you can’t turn over and despite a 4 inch topper and a duvet you can clearly see a mound in the middle.

Absolutely horrendous aftersales customer service and in store at Stevenage. Our Sofa is faulty and confirmed by their own Technician, yet they still refuses to do anything about it. Will never shop FV again or recommend it.
