SCAM COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Please be aware and please do not order from this company! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and my review echoes the opinion of many others. I ordered a dining chair on November 2024 - Item stated it would be delivered in 7 days but guess what, it wasn’t! The company have been unable to provide any tracking information or proof it was ever sent, and refuse to answer any emails or attempts to contact them. I am now hundreds of pounds out of pocket and trying to recover the money from these scammers.

14 Nov UPDATE This situation is unbelievably still not resolved. Very little communication, and that which is sent asked for information already attained - like my postal address (they have this from original delivery) and email address (always the same and indeed the same on which the emailed asking for this information). I can only assume stalling techniques. The next ploy was to send an incorrect returns form - including refund amounts lower than it should be. In my haste to bring this to a close, I almost missed they had done this. My experience echoes others'. I ordered several items mid July following a personal recommendation. Only received partial delivery and several attempts across several platforms to get any update have been completely ignored. Something is going seriously wrong it seems. My outstanding order is worth £100s so shall have to make a claim through credit card

Received damaged item, I’ve sent 3 emails, and contacted them via fb messenger multiple times. No response - I’m out £250. Absolute joke of a company

Scam Company. Buyer beware. Ordered something stating 7day delivery 6 weeks ago. Heard nothing and no response by phone, email, instagram, website. Reported as fraud.

I bought industrial lights from furnwise and I was very happy with customer service and my products. They are original, well made and hand made so every detail is perfect. Thank you.

This is the worst online company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I placed a simple order of 2 bar stools. The order got lost and I had to chase for weeks on end with poor customer service communication. Eventually only one arrived. Spent weeks chasing for the other one as they didn’t believe I’d only received one. Eventually they sent another one weeks after. When they arrived the quality was poor and the 4 legs wouldn’t sit level on the floor so I asked for a free return and refund. Initially they said I couldn’t prove a default so had to pay for return. After weeks of arguing they conceded. After waiting even longer for a refund they refunded me for one stool but not the other. Spent weeks chasing again and have finally got the last refund today; 1st March. Original order was placed in December last year. Don’t use this company, they are awful! Beware!

Customer service, none existing,l late delivery, faulty goods, returns policy does not work because they won’t communicate. Now having to go legal with this company…….please avoid.

Ordered a table lamp which was showing in stock, guess what once I had paid for my items I received an email saying it wasn’t in stock but hopefully would be within 7 days. Waited 7 days and yes the lamp and LED bulb were dispatched, bulb arrived but no lamp…. Email after email along with Facebook messages but no replies apart from one saying it’s on its way…. Err don’t think so as the courier say’s contact the sender… £95 out of packet thanks Furnwise not !!!! Will never use again

Ordered a leather chair in October. Never ordered anything from the Netherlands before so was a bit uncertain has to how long it was likely to taken. My query was answered really quickly. I was kept informed of it’s progress an it arrived on the day they said it would and I am absolutely delighted with the chair (grey leather industrial) which was very easy to ensemble and is very sturdy and comfortable

I ordered some stunning kitchen lighting for above our breakfast bar in June this year. They are a beautiful feature and everyone comments on how lovely they are. Whilst cleaning them, delicately with a micro fibre cloth, one broke in my hand. I contacted Furnwise to ask if I could buy a single 3 litre globe shade. They asked for a video and a photograph, which I felt hopeful of being able to buy a replacement shade. I was then told that their supplier do not do 'spares' and I was told the only option I had was to buy a whole new set, to the cost of nearly £200!! Yes, I did ask for a 10% discount, which I got but the customer service manager was unhelpful and quite rude. I sent an email expressing my disappointment and how dissatisfied I was with the company and I hoped this was/is something they could look into in regards to spares/replacement in the future. I asked about their 1 year warranty and their reccomdations on cleaning such a delicate light fitting and got no reply.

Purchased dining chairs from this company. 8No chairs and all had some form of damage or marks on the chairs. I tried in vain to contact the company/customer services but received no replies.
