“I ordered online but had to cancel the orders. I did it in the time it said I had to change or cancel. It states the money will be refunded that way a day ago. Now it shows order cancelled but the refunds haven’t been done yet. Several emails later still no response. If you call the number it shows call for questions you get a voicemail that they’re not equipped to take phone calls yet. So why put the number there saying if you have questions?”
