“Ordered and paid for a large cooling mat via Furry Basics website. Three weeks later received a medium cooling mat from their vendor in Bucharest Romania. Sent email to websites (as Furry Basics does not list a phone number) asking when I could expect what I ordered and how to return what I received and did not order. Have never received a reply. Buyer Beware if using their website - if you buy use Amazon where you can insure you get what you order or have an avenue to correct if you don’t.”
