“There was several things wrong with this tablet. The screen was repelled by the keyboard due to the small magnets being installed in wrong polarities. I had to disemble and reassemble the keyboard/magnets to correct it. The screen froze 3 times over 10 months, for no apparent reason., Once so bad that the only way to unlock it was to do a factory reset, loosing my data. The charging cable doesnt allways appear to make a firm connection and uses an antiquated/unstable circular pin/socket plug.
I talked to Fusion store where I purchased this 2in1 and they required my Amazon order number. 3 times I advised them that I bought this direct with them. They then suggested it was my downloads that could be the problem (but I had factory reset the machine) but they were non existent. They then required me to return the computer, within 7 days, at my cost for them to look at it.(Not their policy to pay for return postage after 3 months!) I advised them that they had a poor customer attitude and that I would put this down to purchasing a poor product, with lesson learned, and put up with machine for as long as It worked. Would definitely NOT recommend buying”
