“We have been using Futbol Emocion for years and bought several pairs of elite boots from them and countless football shirts.
This month I ordered a football shirt with player personalisation. I had the package delivered to an InPost locker as I can’t trust the spanish post and it arrived when I was on holiday. No problem. Got a family member to pick it up and I opened it 5 days after delivery. When I opened it I noticed on the back a burn hole. You can also see the burn mark on the letter R and 110% this has been done in the printing process by a team member.
I contacted Futbol Emocion who then proceeded to flatly refuse to send me a replacement. Apparently they have a 48 hr policy to report a problem?! Really? How legit is that? And at Christmas?!! Unreasonable. And even more so when the fault was of their own. So I have a 110€ shirt with a burn and now I will never use them ever again.
Don’t USE THIS COMPANY. In such a competitive market they feel they can provide terrible customer service and con customers. It’s very easy to use someone else. I should have read the reviews, I didn’t. VERY VERY POOR. I have actually opened a case with my credit card due to their lack of correspondence and help.”

Futbolemotion first wanted to convince that they cannot exchange or do a refund due to "international market". After I explained to them that both countries are in Europe, that I know the law etc. they were suddenly able to do a refund, horrible experience...”

I have contacted UPS and Futbol Emotion and I have got no response I am eventually going to take this to court as money I worked hard for Is just gonna be delivered to a strangers house. Bearing in mind the order did not come to my house, my neighbours or anybody in particular. I had my address, area, postcode and town all written in detail and I still couldn't get my order delivered to my house? This is a blatant scam from this company. I can confirm that it is (23/07/20) and I still don't have my package.”
“Horrible customer service. Slow delivery. Extremely slow email responses. Refused to give a refund for a returned item, because the shoe box was damaged. However, the shoe box was already damaged when it arrived to me, now I'm stuck with a wrong size item and no money. Avoid this website at all costs. It is more worth it to throw your money in the trash.”
