“I bought a Garmin wath from here it arrived 3 days late this was nearly a £1400 purchase. When I finally got the item I tried it on and did notlike the way it sat on my wrist so I sent it back. They have now charged me £138 for handling stock fee this is absurd its brand new and within the first 30 days. I have sent this to trading standards and the financial ombudsman. Awfull customer services.”
“I bought an iPhone 12 from the Stratford branch on Friday 11th July. I noticed in store that the phone got a bit warm as I was setting it up after I bought it, mentioned it to the sales person (Sravan) and he advised me that it was normal as I was downloading a lot of apps at once. The following day, I got a notification from Apple saying that the battery was not an original Apple part/genuine and it keeps going hot all the time. I am based in Manchester and unable to return the phone in store, so I called the store. I explained my situation and at first apparently I couldn't even get a refund for it, but then I could get a refund only if I returned it to the shop in person even though I made him aware I coudn't travelled down to London just to return the phone. I will escalate this matter with my bank for a chargeback.”
“Ordered apple air pods Pro 2 on Wednesday which royal mail delivered to the wrong flat. Communication with gadcet has been poor and I have been told to simply wait as they need to contact royal mail on Monday. I have never known such poor service when an order hasn't been received.”
