“I mailed a carpet sample that was previously purchased from GAHH and followed up with an e-mail. I was attempting to purchase more of the same material but was not sure of the product name/number. The correct product was supplied, but the process appeared to confuse the sales representatives. I received one email and two phone messages in return, from three different people, none of which confirmed or offered to provide the product. It took several tries, but I was eventually able to place the order and received the product. I was somewhat concerned with the apparent lack of process for customer requests. Maybe this was because it was a fairly small order and I am only an occasional customer (hobby restorer, not a trim shop).”

“Purchased a German A5 Soft Top directly from GAHH Automotive to replace an original soft top on a 2001 Boxster. This company makes a factory quality product, from materials to the feel to the looks, everything is like the factory one. There were no delays with the shipping and delivery to Florida was fairly quick. Trustworthy company.”

“I bought a replacement soft top for my Ferrari Mondial. Comms for GAHH we’re really good and it arrived on the other side of the world in Australia quickly and well packaged. The quality of the top is very good and an excellent likeness for the original. It needed a bit of convincing to fit perfectly on the existing metal frame but that is to be expected. It looks great and is a massive improvement on the original top that was showing it’s age. Thanks very much!”

“I was not going to post a review about GAHH after only receiving a defective product because I understand that mistakes happen but I changed my mind after having so many issues which are documented below. The staff are very friendly but my experience with GAHH was miserable. 1/13 - Top and liner ordered 1/18 - Requested a tracking number via email 1/19 - Requested a tracking number via email 1/20 - Requested a tracking number via phone call 1/20 - Informed that they were making the liner via returned phone call 2/2 - Top was partially installed and noticed issues in the top which can be seen in the images 2/2 - GAHH offered a refund after they receive the item 2/10 - Shipping label received (8 days after return was authorized. Someone made a mistake which I understood). Informed that I would receive a refund 4-5 days after they receive the item. 2/26 - GAHH received the defective item 3/5 - Notified GAHH via email that I did not receive a refund 3/5 - GAHH notified me that I would see a refund within a few days 3/11 - Notified GAHH that I had not received a refund of the item that they received on 2/26 3/11 - GAHH notified me that they refund was issued on 3/11 In summary, I placed an order but did not know the status until I called them 7 days after I placed the order. I received a defective item and attempted to return it but someone forgot to send me a shipping label until I inquired about it after waiting 7 days. GAHH did not refund the purchase after having the item for a week. So, I notified them and they informed me that I would receive it in a few days. Two weeks passed since they received the defective item and I had not received a refund so I notified them again and they told me that they issued the refund I do not think a customer should have to continuously contact a business to get an order status or a refund. They have had my $903.75 for a defective product for 2 months.”

“Excellent quality product, but for some reason the black fabric quickly faded in the Sun's UV to a deep blue. Don't know why. Still looks okay but not as nice as it should.”

“I was able to replace the top on my 2001 Audi TT. It took me and a friend about 12 hours over a weekend to do it ourselves, with no prior experience and lots of YouTube viewing. The top looks original and fits as intended. I recommend this product.”

“Sent me wrong size vinyl when it was critical to have 60" wide. When I called to get the correct size I was told that is all that is available and all they would be able to do was refund me. So that caused me to loose the job the vinyl was needed for. Then I had to call back to get my refund because it was never actually processed.”
