“Hey gang, just a few words about GAHH. I typically don't write reviews but I`ll make an exception in their case. WHAT I LIKED. Their website is a simple straight forward way to navigate, research, find and purchase a product for your car. THATS GOOD !! The shipping was good, the item was well-protected, delivery time was reasonable. THATS GOOD!! After being told I didn't need to replace the top at this time and keeping it folded in the box too long could lead to fit-up issues down the road., so I decided to return the item. WHAT I didnt like. It took several attempts to get hooked up with the people to get the return started. They finally sent a return label w/RMA on it and I promptly returned the item. What I didn't like was, they didnt process the receipt of the return properly and it was holding up my refund, THATS NOT GOOD!! After I emailed them and finally getting a call back, the refund was processed, THATS GOOD!!! However, I have NO doubt GAHH is one of the best companies out there for replacement and restoration parts. But how my return and refund were handled is NOT GOOD..... should I be looking to a competitor for MY future purchases? This is why I don't like writing reviews because the truth IS one or two persons can be asleep at the switch and cause an unfair assessment of the company as a whole. I wish you the best R.L. “I purchased this top after the back window in my 2003 NB Miata was broken. The top needed to be replaced anyway as it was almost 20 years old and getting brittle. The top fits great and most importantly it is the correct color for a “parchment” top that came on a few years of the NB. Gahh calls it “neutral” but it matches perfectly to the Mazda “parchment”. It did take about 10 hours for me to complete the job but I learned a lot and it turned out great. My only complaint would be the connection rivets for the rain rail not being long enough. The top is doubled up on the thickness in some spots and the short press/hammer rivets are too short to make it through the top and the rain rail.”

“They do not stand behind their products. I bought a top for a 2000 Porsche. The sides would not close within the tracks. I took to another installer to get a second opinion, the cable is not adjustable. So I have a top that I and my wife have to get out of our car and by hand guide the two sides in the tracks when we close the top. GAHH did not respond to several calls and emails. Not once. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. Any company can at least respond to a customer.”

“Seats covers were misshapen and had to be modified during installation at my expense. The headrest part was ballooned out and had to be cut back. My installer said GAHH material is usually better quality. Even after modification it still does not look exactly correct. Overall, the seats seem cut too large and are not drum tight like OEM. My installer added foam but were not able to get things as tight as I wanted.”

“The upholstery shop (the best in this area) gave me an estimate of $1,000 to install the GAHH kit. I was pleasantly surprised to get the actual bill of just under $700. The owner of the shop said the job went very well, the fit was excellent, and it was easier than they thought.”

“All I can say is I would never recommend this company! I spent over 3K for my covers and they arrived with ink all over them! The upholster went back and forth with gahh trying to get the ink removed. the fit is terrible! the upholstery company said the covers are too big and they certainly do not fit properly! dissatisfied beyond words”

“Haven’t opened the box but I will be putting my new top on by November 10th. Anyhow please know if it doesn’t fit I will be trying to return it for a top that does fit. Just saying!!”
