“Very happy with the quality of the carpet I ordered and the quick shipping on it. The thing that I was not happy with is that I tried to get samples in order to decide which color I wanted to go with. I sent a request online at the website and also called. When I called the lady said the samples would be sent out in a few days. Nothing ever came from either request. I had a sample of one color which I had not requested from GAHH that I had gotten from another company. After thinking about it for a couple of months I took a chance that the color that GAHH had would match the sample I had already. As expensive as this carpet was I didn't want to end up with a color I could not use or return .Luckily it did. I'm happy with it but it would have been nice to see some other options”

“Overall the material seems very good. It would be very helpful if the company put out a video of the installation. Two areas where the material had a folded tab did not align with the intended fastener. Disappointed with the snap-on rivets. They did not stay snap together very well (used rivets instead).”

“I ordered a replacement center console cover for my convertible. The part came quickly and an upholstery shop was able to install it quickly. It looks and feels as good as the original leather and makes the interior look new again. Highly recommended for matched replacement interior parts. GAHH provided replacement covers for our front seats back in 2013 that still look brand new today in 2023.”

“The seam on my CLK started splitting after 15 years. I look for 3 months before I decided to get a GAHH Top for my Mercedes. I arrived in 3 days, and I had a local shop installed my top. It came out beautiful, hopefully it will be another 15 years!”

“Spent over $4,000 on my leather seat replacements for my 1972 280 SL Mercedes Benz. terrible quality, very thin cheap foam, leather feels like vinyl. The very expensive seat pads are so poor quality and so uncomfortable, it's amazing GAHH is still in business. I'm shocked at the poor quality. And when you call their office EVERYONE is uptight and even one gal is always condescending. Very unhappy with the product. Wish I knew of another place. This is def not the best place if you are restoring your car. I will redo the leather again in the future. It's that bad. Especially the cheap foam that offers ZERO comfort. Very Very Unhappy ...”
