Mrs. Cox helped sort out my claim I got my reimbursement money, but it did take a while and I asked why and she said " we have so many cases and files that it takes a while for us to stick to one due to the many deadlines we have to meet." Mrs. Cox is probably my favorite WC agent I would want from now on if I ever do get hurt”
