I win Big Price on the roulette keys/cases. And the website is bad coded. I won 1 keys instead of 100 !!! The team no help, no understand, i screen the win but theyy kidding me .

My son asked me whether he could make a purchase from your site; however it took a while to come through. So i went on the live chat to ask whether it would take any longer, they kept threatening (thinking that i was my son) that they would call his mom (me) and they wouldn't believe me when i told them i was his mom. They continued to tell me that they needed to call me, but i can't answer calls at this moment because of certain situations that i didn't want to explain.

I bought a 70$ skin only to be informed by their support assistant that they do not have that skin ! After that when I asked for a refund they couldn't refund me .. They asked me to pick another skin which I did and guess what. They didn't have that skin either ! They couldn't even offer me something in exchange for their mistakes not even a 2$ more expensive skin..All in all really bad service, 2stars only because I eventually got a cheaper skin which I didn't even want in the first place !

Didnt get my items until 10 hours after I made the purchase, was lied to about what I was getting and was told I would get a free random skin for the trouble and wait but I never got that. Wont be using this site again.

I feel that most of the items on this website are very VERY overpriced and that they need to lower it otherwise i do not see myself shopping here again. The only good that came from it is that I actually received my items within 1 minute of purchase :D

One of you workers, i think it was ling sent the keys to the wrong person and then just left the support channel. So i almost lost 50€ becouse some of your employees are just too incompetent for anything... But there are also very competent people who were able to fix this problem and give me my keys
