“Paid for skins while 15 day trade restrictuon was active. When I was able to trade customer support email was quick and helped trade what I paid for. Did not expect that! Thx!”

“I was scared because I thought I had gotten scammed out of nearly 10$, but then I noticed that I could ask for another shot at the same item transfer and it worked beautifully. My card also got declined the second time I tried paying for the same item, so I don't know yet if it's just lucky that I didn't have sufficient funds, if my bank didn't trust you enough to let me make a second purchase, or if your website doesn't let you pay for the same item twice, but it was incredibly lucky on my end and I'm grateful for it.”
