Hello Lewis, Please note as per agreements with our payments processors we may request additional documentation from our customers as part of KYC procedure (Know Your Customer procedure). If you don't want any verification you can use payment options such as Paysafecard, Bitcoin, Western Union, and some others. Please check with our customer service on the full list.

Though I do not have a GamerAll account, items were placed in "my" cart. Fraudulent attempts were made, numerous times, to charge items to my credit card. I finally had to make a stop payment request to my credit card company to stop the fraudulent charges.

Paying by card adds a 6.5% fee which is stated before checkout. However the actual fee for paying by card was closer to 20% which was not reflected in the final bill of my purchase. It didn't affect me too much but the final bill should reflect what I am actually paying

Hello Sharon, thank you for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that you are going to get a great skin, so if you prefer certainty then it's better to buy the skins you want directly. However, if you want excitement and a possibility of getting a rare skin, the case is the better choice.

I bought 55 dollars worth of skins the order that cam in to trade was the 25 dollar one then the other delivery said I had to confirm myself or something and I don't feel comfortable doing that with the site so really sad to hear this new and what had to happen

Horrible customer service experience! So, a simple 27$ purchase of rust skins was turned into a ridiculous situation with identity conformation process when one of their uneducated support staff decided It’s under his/hers jurisdiction to be an online unti fraud officer the whole world relies on. Here is the thing my pay pal account is under my name, its got my credit card with my name tied to it! The only thing was that the credit card address was set to my partners name as she has done online cloth shopping using my pay pall to pay for her purchases and set her name there for delivery purposes. Anyway, the joker of a support team decided that just based on the name which i mind you is only used in the address and has nothing to do with the actual credit card name decided it was good enough reason to decline me with my $27 purchase. Very disappointing, horrible experience, wont be using their services again !

Please understand that in today's online business world we can not deliver orders without first making sure that the person paying matches the person receiving. This may not lead to the best possible customer experience but we are left no choice if we want to continue accepting online payments. The payment service providers absolutely require us to do KYC and the procedure as such is very much a standard these days whether online or offline. Nonetheless, we are sorry to hear that you did want to comply with our KYC procedure and we want you to know that we are not doing this because we want to. We are doing it because we have to if we want to stay in the business. If you want to buy things anonymously from us then there are plenty of other payment options available to you such as crypto currency, cash vouchers and ewallets solutions.

After 4 days I still don't have the games becouse (it have been writen to me) the code ran out. It will be send to me after some kind of restock. But I don't even believe that. Blame me as you wish but I haven't done anything wrong. The truth is the way it is. Waste of money for nothing.

I bought the Doom Classic Collection by mistake, the key did not even reach the mail and I contacted the supposed "customer service" I told them that I wanted Doom 4 and had bought another version by mistake. They told me that I couldn't do anything and they sent me the key by chat ... ONE THEFT!
