I have been ordering from the company for several years, always friendly service, always all the items that were arriving damaged due to transportation were replaced or refunded within 24 hours maximum.

Simple First they photograph a true quality item for their website photo! Next hey copy the same design in the cheapest possible material (same color & similar material) and that's the item you will get !!! Read this first before you buy !!! I'm returning a full order (at my own expense and waste of time) and lucky its through PayPal and they said it should be refunded, still losing the return shipping money .

Sizing absolute inaccurate, complaint not taken serious. I got something totally different from what i ordered, one item not received at all and they refuse to refund. They ask me to return on my cost tho it is THEIR mistake which i am not going to do.

Tried to cancel my order and get a refund but they couldn’t give me a confirmation number when I asked and said the money would take ‘a few weeks’ to go back in my account.

Scam page. They don't deliver all that was orded can't get a refund. Support just sends you around to fake logins. Never got my refund.

Ordered a Christmas hoodie on November 15th....cost $12 for shipping. According to tracking it's still in Shezhou China as of December 21st.....no sign of the hoodie. I don't want or need it after Christmas so I will be requesting a refund. I would be SHOCKED at this point if it EVER shows up. Maybe by easter I'll have my xmas hoodie. Gamiss is NOT a good vendor. AVOID. Whoever wrote the good review had to have been paid.

Gamiss appears to be a scam, I bought 2 items, paid a lot for expedited shipping, 1 item was shipped then received a message stating that i did not chose a shipping method for the second item, responded, then next thing I know they refund the item amount but nothing for the extra shipping and insurance. 1st item is on the way hopefully it shows ip, but not holding my breath.
