“I made an order for about 100$ of various medicals and paid 140$ upfront. The parcel was shipped on the 11th June 2020 , on the 22nd of June it arrived to the country of destination and it got held by custom. I have no possibility to call anyone as I am not in the country where the parcel arrived, I asked Gana to sort this out and they told me that I should get in touch with the local post office. Something which is impossible to do because I have no idea whom to call and what to say. This is absolutely unacceptable as I paid 33$ for the delivery , with a tracked courier, and this is something that the company should solve, but they are passing the buck and they are not answering anymore.
I have lost my money and I have lost the delivery. They have lost a client and I will make sure to spread my bad experience as much as possible so that potential customers will stay away from this fraudulent company.”
