“The service was good and product I ordered , a biodegradable multipurpose travel laundry, body wash & shampoo was exactly what I wanted. However the p&p needs improving. It was only a small bottle and came in a small jiffy bag. The postage was over £4-which was more than the item cost and the packing around the plastic bottle was non recyclable plastic coated card. Please review this with your supplier.”

“The quality of the product is great. However online the bag says that it weighs 4.6kg and the box and bag itself both said 8,6kg. I only had a day to change the bag and not enough time so had to deal with it! Now carrying around a heavy bag with most of the weight being the bag itself. Very annoying, should be correct on the website too!”

Hi Winona, Thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that the bag was too heavy for your requirements. This particular bag is delivered from our supplier in a box of two, we then tend to send a single bag out in this box as we like to recycle boxes where possible, hence the 8.6kg weight printed on the outside. All specifications are taken directly from the manufacturer. However, we will look into this and ensure that any errors are amended on our website.
