“I ordered a BBQ smoker last week. A representative called me a couple days later to tell me that he’d have to confirm that the smoker is available. What?!?
After trying to get ahold of them multiple times via phone and email to check on the status, I finally received an email today saying that they are refunding my money at my request. They went on to say that they can’t get the smoker. True unprofessionalism to sell an item, say that the customer doesn’t want it and are unable to send the item listed for sale.
The only reason they don’t get one star is because they didn’t completely rip me off and try to keep my money.”
