“ Quoted 6 to 8 weeks delivery but waited 14. When it arrived wood was wet but should have been vacuum dried. Broken and missing parts and saw marks in panels so obviously no quality control. Do not use this company as inferior products and can never speak to anyone on the phone. ”

Their customer service team do reply to emails quite promptly, but they can't tell me when I can expect delivery and just say they'll let me know when it's ready. Very frustrating to deal with and would not recommend. ”
