Absolutely awful. Not only was delivery delayed but Part of it was delivered damaged and several items missing. Very bad quality. Rung customer service and they said they would email me but I’ve heard nothing so I have to keep ringing and sitting on hold . Do not order from Garden Buildings Direct.

I ordered a garage on the 2nd Feb on a 6-10 week lead time and nearly 14 weeks later I'm still waiting for it. Their customer service team do reply to emails quite promptly, but they can't tell me when I can expect delivery and just say they'll let me know when it's ready. Very frustrating to deal with and would not recommend.

o not use this company. Shoddy quality wood which was split right through. This was a saturday morning mid way through the build I realised so brought a new piece of timber to continue. They refuse to reimburse and state I should have waited 2 days for the office to open and a week for it to be delivered! Wood is giving my kids splinters. Poor quality, poor service

Beyond unacceptable levels of lateness. Inability of customer service to call back, or contact a manager. Wouldn’t trust any form of resolution if there was an issue with their product, so I’ve cancelled.
