“AVOID!!!!
Website says 'orders are ALWAYS shipped within one day'. LIES. Placed an order on a Monday, nothing received Tuesday, nothing received Wednesday, so chased by email. No response (website also says all contact responded to in 24hrs - LIES). Chased again twice on Thursday, still no response. Then had automated email Thursday evening saying order had been delayed and 'should' be despatched Friday. Telephoned on receipt of email to request delivery upgraded to Saturday, no response and request ignored. Total and complete lack of response or communication and complete lack of customer service. All especially galling after a hefty £7.99 delivery charge for a few bulbs. Avoid these sharks”
