“I ordered a mini chainsaw a few weeks ago. I am still waiting for delivery. I paid £19.00 for the chainsaw and the money has been debited from my bank a/c. If I may say so, I will probably wait until the end of the world for delivery. Thanks but no thanks. No answer to my email, also cannot be contacted on the phone. Trading Standard should be told about this unprofessional company.”

As I can buy a similar product with 5 year guarantee for £2 more, I haven't bothered to open the parcel and therefore wish to return the goods but to try and get a response is impossible.”

“Initially very pleased with the hose….but after 2 days of use the hose head attachment started leaking so badly I had to buy a new one. And then after around 15 uses, whilst unravelling the hose it burst and was completely useless and unusable
To add insult to injury all attempts at contacting the company have proved fruitless. Their claim on the website that they respond in 24 hours seems to be totally false and there is no way of contacting them other than through email.
Feels like this is one of those cheap scam internet companies that promises much more than they deliver”
