“ I ordered 2 Alstroemeria plants from Gardening Express. They arrived in a terrible state, mostly dead, having been despatched on the hottest day of the year and delivery was delayed by the courier. Unfortunately, Gardening Express has refused to provide a refund or replacements despite photographic evidence of the plants in and out of their packaging. ”

“ Got sent wrong items and also tiny plants that were meant to be large. You get a chat bot and no one replied been sending same complaint for 2 weeks everyday and still no response. Delivery took for ever to arrive. Avoid using this company ”

“ This is the worst on line plant company. They delay delivery and don’t tell you. When you try to contact them it can only be by chat which they did not answer. You complain and they ignore your complaint. They also deliver when they want even if you are on holiday. ”

“ Awful company to deal with, if you want plants for this summer then order the year before as their delivery service is awful and try getting a response from them, pay cheap you get cheap. ”

“ After several purchases my recent delivery is awful, dead straggely foliage, leaves yellowing and dying. I paid almost £50 for this order which I woukd walk past if on sale in a garden centre as classed beyond redemption. Good luck if you try to navigate their website to complain its set up for you to fail. Absolutely no more orders from me. Buyer beware. ”
