“ Terrible waste of money. I ordered 4 plants and 3 were dead upon delivery. Customer service is AI which provided factually incorrect information on delivery dates in an attempt to invalidate my complaint. ”

Unfortunately, Gardening Express has refused to provide a refund or replacements despite photographic evidence of the plants in and out of their packaging. ”

“ This is the worst on line plant company. They delay delivery and don’t tell you. When you try to contact them it can only be by chat which they did not answer. You complain and they ignore your complaint. They also deliver when they want even if you are on holiday. ”
