I have had good plants and service for a few years from Gardening Express, however, this year is really bad. I ordered plants and an arch on 10 June and only one of my plants has arrived and it is 8 July. I have emailed twice and no response back. I don't know what has changed this year but they need to let people know if there is a problem, not leave us hanging. I will not buy from them again.

I ordered so many plants and they all came poor quality and damaged. Now I been trying to contact their so called customer service department and no reply. They give other online retailers bad name.

Once more we tried to salvage it but this time it never recovered, we contacted customer services expecting a full replacement especially as we’d only had it just over three weeks and was supposedly covered by a guarantee.

Ordered over £80 of plants on 30th May 2025. No sign of the plants and no human response from them. Pathetic service.

It’s now more than 2 weeks and my order has still not dispatched there is no customer service!! Which is so annoying I keep emailing them but only to get an automated response! What’s wrong with them?? They were fine last year😡
