“ Terrible customer service which has turned non existent. ”

“ I have had good plants and service for a few years from Gardening Express, however, this year is really bad. I ordered plants and an arch on 10 June and only one of my plants has arrived and it is 8 July. I have emailed twice and no response back. I don't know what has changed this year but they need to let people know if there is a problem, not leave us hanging. I will not buy from them again. ”

“ Only part order turned up after a long wait, not got the rest of it, 90% of the plants are dead, no response from customer service, if there is any? £143 totally wasted, avoid avoid avoid ”
