“ Ordered plants on 26 June 2025, didn't arrive. No response from customer service despite repeated communications from me. No plants and no refund over two months later. ”

Four plants not received by us and we were informed that they had been returned by courier beaut damage in transit. Several emails and two months later almost still waiting for refund on plants not received. Company has gone silent on me. I spent 97 pounds, it’s enough to lose.!!! Horrendous customer service!!! ”

“ I have had good plants and service for a few years from Gardening Express, however, this year is really bad. I ordered plants and an arch on 10 June and only one of my plants has arrived and it is 8 July. I have emailed twice and no response back. I don't know what has changed this year but they need to let people know if there is a problem, not leave us hanging. I will not buy from them again. ”
