“My order's shipping label was created on the 5th, but they didn't ship it out yet. It is now the 14th with no package mailed yet. Instead, they have updated the label tonight and were likely going to mail it out tomorrow which is completely unacceptable for any B2B business. It would have been nearly 3 weeks just to receive some basic printer supplies. Avoid at all costs.”
