Boiler installation was good... after sales very poor.. still waiting for problem to be sorted out. From 6 weeks ago

I have had a leak since October , I waited for the plumber for an AM appointment , he rang and said he would be late. I couldn’t wait in so the appointment was make. I waited in all day, no one showed up. Another appointment was made and the plumber didn’t show. Another appointment was booked but unfortunately he tested positive for covid. I rang numerous times and left voicemails and emails which were mainly unanswered

Gave me incorrect quote did not include scaffolding£1000 extra or ceiling repair £750 rough instillation initially needed to come back and rectify. I still have a hole in the ceiling

You useless prices were over 2 weeks installing my parents boiler. They are 70 years old
