“Fitter arrived on time. Initially without the boiler, but that appeared later, and did not delay the fitting. Fitter was competent and worked diligently to ensure job was completed satisfactorily. Cleared away any rubbish, old boiler, etc. We were perfectly happy with the work and equally so with the boiler. It has been used for heating & water (both bath & shower).”

“We had a new combo installed by Boiler plan as our old one was always breaking down and costing us money, before i got the work done i checked the reviews online and picked this company, I was very happy when the work was done the lad that fitted it was very polite and explained all the settings to us he cleaned up all the mess and left the house just as he found it , would use again many thanks Keith Dixon (WHICKHAM)”

“After having numerous quotes - Boiler Plan offered best value for money. Surveyor and installation staff were professional and friendly, and wouldn?t hesitate in recommending Boiler Plan.”

“The boiler is excellent, the fitters were great and cleaned up every bit of mess. The boiler plan is ace, and the customer service is fantastic. It would have been a five except the wireless thermostat won't sync with my phone or any other devices. The lads said they would send someone to set it up but they haven't. I have the app on my phone but it is useless if the thermostat won't find my android phone ??”
