The dress was beautiful but way to big. I attempted to return the item but the shipping cost was going to cost me more than what the dress was worth. I now own a dress that is way to big for me.

Thank you for your review. I am happy that you loved the dress. We have detailed size spec for each style that can be found just above the sizing window for each style. You could also emailed us to choose the correct size like many of our customers do. Our dress sizing run true to size and the fabric stretches too. We are very sad to see your negative review for our beautiful dress although it is not our fault. Wish you could have been fair while leaving the review for the beautiful dress received. Unfortunately the bag I bought smells awful, like mold. Not very satisfied

Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about the smell. We can assure you 100% it's not mould - its a special solvent that cleans off the smudges left on the glass beading by the hand-beader because the product is 100% Hand Made. Sometimes the product gets packed and shipped to dispatch team before the solvent smell wears off during the drying process - it can take a little extra time during the winter. Unfortunately in your case due to Covid 19 - both our hand-beader and dispatch team was unable to detect the smell before shipping your order out - because of face masks being worn when there's more than one person at work place. We take extra precautions to ensure both safety of our customers and staff. You can leave the bucket bag out in the open where there’s a good air flow overnight and the smell should wear off naturally. We would appreciate it if you can kindly revise the feedback and focus more on the quality and performance of the product received and less on the smell. We are always here to help, this is our family business and we work with our heart and soul. Our dresses are all handmade from scratch and sometimes during the delivery process - damages may occur if not handled properly by postal services. We emailed you promptly after reading your negative review to understand and fix the issue. However, we still did not receive any response. We allow 15 days before requesting reviews to all our customers because we want our customers to give reviews on our after sales responses also. In your case - had you contacted us with the fault we would have promptly got your dress replaced / repaired then perhaps this review would have been positive. Please always feel free to communicate with us if there any issues before leaving the feedback.
