THAT'S A FAT 5 " 00000'S " HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, MY TICKET WAS NEVER RELEASED FROM SELLER. ALLIANCE WON'T REFUND MY PURCHASE OF INSURANCE COVERAGE. $120.00. TICKETMASTER REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT OF MY TICKET. Allianz IS NOT AN OPTION IN THE FUTURE. I'LL TAKE MY CHANCES EMIKO CHARBONNEAU CYPRESS, TX.

My partner suffers from mental illness so I insured his flight fare. His psychiatrist told him not to fly due to anxiety issues. Agent said it is no refund because of paragraph 18 (fine print). Sad, because I insure all my travels with Allianz; no more. Try Berkshire Hathway. Buyer beware!

My family and I are on a strict budget and save to make a trip to our family every year and this one time we decide to change our trip plans to travel instead of fly, they deny my claim to receive a full refund.

Avoid like the plague!! No idea why but every year they try to set a direct debit up, every year I cancel and complain! This year I logged and official complaint, after 2 months someone emailed me apologising, offering a refund of MY money and a goodwill gesture, emailed back to say i wouldn't accept then nothing again gor a month! Call centre just hang up on me when i call so looks like it's the ombudsman for these clowns!

They refunded the rest of my money and told me to contact Allianz for the $300.

I was told that if COVID restrictions or requirements changed or if my work cancelled my days off they would allow the flight to be cancelled and either provide me with a credit or refund.

I had a claim for water damage. My surveyor came to value the damage. Their loss adjuster came. He said everything was ok. Roof was repaired. Then the bill came and I had to pay. They told me I would be refunded. 20.000 difference no refund. My ceilings are water damaged and they need to be replaced. More cost and now I have to sue them in court.

I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star! They will not refund due to a bereavement and they want a death certificate.

THIS IS BY FAR, THE WORST HEALTH INSURANCE EVER. I BEEN CLAIMING A REFUND FOR OVER 6 MONTHS, SERVICES IS TERRIBLE AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU.
