I have just been charged almost five pounds for a 22 minute phone call to Bennett’s. I have a free inland calls contract with BT. Phoned them to query cost and was informed that Bennett’s put a service charge on every call from customers. Why do you do that? You are the only insurance company I have spoken to that charge customers to talk! Not good service!

With a Bennetts bike policy, is there a no-claims bonus applied to a policy when it's renewed after the first, second and third year?

Hi Yes our policies do earn no claims bonus, providing no fault claims have been made and the policy has ran for the full 12 months. Thanks, Bennetts

Spent 40 minutes on the phone being asked questions about my 3 bikes just to be told you only insure up to 2 bikes! Your website states you insure up to 4!? whats going on? Your sales rep was very inexperienced about bikes........

Hi, I purchased my insurance and send in my NCD, I received confirmation that my NCD is fine and I am Insured by Text. Will a paper copy be sent out or will it be emailed to me, if a paper copy is to be sent how long will it take to arrive?

Hi Mike, We offer 3 levels of cover with the RAC, it would depend on which level is included. Please call our team on 0330 018 1618 and they will be able to advise which level is included and provide you with the benefits.

Hello.....why do you not classify a steel garage (mounted on a heavy wooden base and double door locks) as a secure structure?....and class my motorcycle as just "on the property". Regards. C. Skelton
