Your handling of my wife's horrific accident whilst in Munich Airport. I can not believe you have not given this claim as sympatheticly as you should. Your file should include photos of the accident,which is major laserations to her right leg and a hematoma. The ombudsman has indicated to us there is nothing more he can do and suggests we accept your offer. We do not agree with this, hence this Question to you.
