Shocking. My daughter passed and had 6 months left on the provisional insurance so was expecting a refund of about £100, instead was told that I owe them £40 for cancelling!! How is this allowed on a product that is basically sold with the assumption that it will be cancelled within the year?

Learners insurance is a good price, the catch is the admin fee. It cost £35.00 to change our address when we moved and then when my daughter passed her test it costed another £35.00 to cancel the policy and no refund for any remaining policy. I think this cost needs to be made more clearer when policy is taken out.

Don't go near this company if you pass your test within 12 months. My Daughter had 6 months cover remaining and cancelled due to passing yest, not refund, but a £35 cancellation fee.
Bit of a scam company

Not a bad company UNTIL you pass. No refund then a £25 charge. Emails, Text & phone calls from them in a slightly menacing manner 1 day after cancellation of policy to collect said £25. Read small print or don’t cancel policy. Better still AVOID
