Terrible service, been told refund will take 5 workings days from 2nd June, and I rang up today, they said refund will take another 5 working days because they forgot to do so, one of the lady gave really bad attitude to me, because of their own fault. Its like please avoid this company.

Cancelled car insurance after 4 months, was promised a portion of the amount paid as a refund. 2 weeks later the refund has not arrived. Ant to add insult I received an email claiming to be from DialDirect, telling me that I owe them £20, and if it wasn't paid immediately it was being sent to a debt collection agency.

When I contacted dialdirect about this they said they would refund me but they couldn't do it straight away and it would take a week or two? Do not understand this apart from the money is in their bank.

Auto renew took place without offering a renewal price .by passing any comparisions
ONLY found out by banking audit.
Customer service had to be contacted. then process of refund to my Bank had to take place. on a clerical error /machine error to over charge that I had to question
never before had this happened
Hope it does not happen to anyone else.

Customer service fine as always...until my credit card came in . I found you have charged me twice for my car insurance ...not happy ...now I’ve paid my credit card bill, and told 5 working days before I get £178 refund . And of course that will show on next months statement. So this month I’m down £178 can’t check my refund has happened until after bank holiday. So don’t know if refund is in yet.
