The price, cover and service very good. However I am a bit disappointed with the person I dealt with as they said they would send my documents in paper form to my address but have never received them and that was over a month a go.

The timing of renewal quote was good.
The price was good, with other insurers they Jack the price RIGHT UP HIGH, with DD it ca.e within an acceptable level. In the past with other companies I have had to search for competitive quotes, with DD I accepted the first quote they sent. Good around service.
