I have just purchased home insurance with yourselves, Ive registered and checked my details - it says see below for policy - where is it????? I want to print off this policy but cannot see where to access it. Please advise.

I feel I am entitled to 10 plus years no claims upon leaving Endsleigh Insurance, however despite numerous telephone calls to the call centre to rectify this situation I have only received a proof of no claims letter with 9 years and not 10. I actually have accumulated 15 plus (Endsleigh don’t recognise 15 years). I have not claimed in the last year and I also protected my no claims discount.

How quick are they to respond to a claim? I'm seeing a mixture of reviews and I need to know which insurance company is for me. Also is it a contract or pay monthly? What's the cooling off period?
